FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: roll has shell 1, disk 2 and wave generator contacting with inner surface of shell 1. Shell 1 has coating 9 made of resilient material in form of truncated cones. Difference in diameters of larger cone 10 and smaller cone 11 of outer surface of coating 9 in central portion of shell 1 is equal to difference in diameter of sick 2 and distance between opposite contact surfaces of wave generator and inner surface of shell 1.
