Rolls 6 of wave generators 7 are in touch with pieces 1 made in the form of truncated cones. Diameter of wave generators 7 is equal to diameter of diaphragm 3. Difference in diameters of cone bases of pieces 1 is 0.01 0.03 diameter of bases 2. In so doing length of pieces 1 is equal to diameter of base 2.
