FIELD: pneumatics and hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: pump unit, unit for automatic fluid relief, valve with above-piston spaces, electromagnetic control valve, fluid-pressure accumulator provided with gas space and actuating member are mounted in series in the directing pipe line. The fluid-pressure pipe line connects the above-piston space of the valve with the gas space of the fluid-pressure accumulator. The valve and throttle are mounted in the drain hydraulic line in series. The line connects the space of the valve with the above-piston space of the unit for automatic fluid relief.
