FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: radiation stable materials ((106-109)rad with high time resolution up to 1.3-3.0 ns and high light output 0.3-1.22% of NaI (TI) are used for registration of ionizing radiations of high energies. Monocrystalline materials are solid solutions based on CdF2 corresponding to empirical formulas Cd1-xRxF2-x (R=Nd, Sm, Eu, Tm, Yb, x= 0.0005-0.5); Cd1-xMxF2-x (M=Bi, In, x=0.005-0.05); Cd1-xMnxF2 (x=0.0005-0.05). Monocrystals of specified compositions are grown by method of Bridgeman-Stockbarger in graphite melting pots in fluorinated atmosphere. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of scintillation material. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
