FIELD: methods of producing crystalline phosphors. SUBSTANCE: method includes production of scintillators operating in flows of activated liquid based on hydrothermal synthesis of crystals. The synthesis is carried out from solution of KOH with concentration of 3-40 wt.% with use of mixtures of oxides of yttrium, silicon and terbium in ratio of 1:1.2:0.4 moles. EFFECT: production of crystals with efficient luminescence, well-streamlined form and stable chemical properties. 2 dwg
