FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has ultrasonic probe, which enables blood vessel location to be detected using Doppler effect, puncture needle and connection member. The puncture needle approximately coaxially movable by means of guiding channel together with ultrasonic beam radiated by the probe. To provide for sterility conditions, the probe has envelope. Connection member is useable as a part of the envelope or headpiece. The connection member has mirror reflecting the ultrasonic beam and guiding channel for punction needle. EFFECT: lowered traumatic injuries; better sterility conditions. 11 cl, 8 dwg
