SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, specifically to the use, in the treatment of diseases of the veins characterised by dilated veins, of a viscous aqueous solution for injection, which is injected into the perivascular space, wherein it visible with ultrasound imaging, and said solution contains from 0.1 % to 3 % hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 1 million to 8 million Da and is characterised by a half-life in human connective tissue of more than 1 week; as well as a kit for paravascular or perivascular administration, including a catheter and a viscous aqueous solution for injection, containing from 0.1 % to 3 % hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 1 million to 8 million Da.
