FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnostics, and can be used for non-invasive optical in-vivo measurement of blood flow properties in a blood vessel inside the body to determine concentration of blood components and/or temperature. That is ensured by marking the blood vessel by irradiation with ultrasonic radiation with an ultrasonic frequency (fUS). Body area with a blood vessel is illuminated by light radiation with at least one wavelength. Back scattered light radiation is recorded by detector. Using the processing unit from the signal measured on the detector, selecting the signal-modulated part with shifted frequency (fMB), determined based on the fact that light radiation, which consists of radiation, back scattered from the body outside the blood vessel, is modulated with a frequency (fMG), which corresponds to frequency (fUS) of ultrasonic radiation. Light radiation, which consists of radiation back scattered from a blood vessel, is modulated with said shifted frequency (fMB), which is shifted relative to said frequency (fUS) of ultrasonic radiation by value of Doppler shift (fD) caused by Doppler effect in leaking blood.
EFFECT: method provides accurate measurement of blood flow properties in a blood vessel due to optical measurement of parts of light radiation, modulated with frequency of ultrasonic radiation and with frequency shifted to Doppler shift, thereby providing accurate extraction of part of photon flow back scattered from blood.
