Lower part of the rotor is linked with distributing disk, on periphery of which film-formers are fixed. The lid has union to feed product onto disk. Ring-type clearance between rotor and stator communicates with apparatus cavity located over distributing disk through intermediate capacity, that is formed by cylindrical shell. fixed in the lid, and bottom, that is provided with supporting bush with embracing rotor with clearance throttle.
