FIELD: equipment for mechanical processing of liquid food products, milk, juices, pastes. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal homogenizer has stator 5 composed of several parts extending along stator length. Guides are positioned at stator part joints and adapted for baffling at least a portion of product toward rotor 4. Each guide is formed as washer 12 with inner diameter lesser than diameter of slots between teeth 11. Inner surface of washer 12 may be formed as cone with diameter reducing in the course of advancement of product. Some parts of stator 5 may have equal number of teeth. Teeth of subsequent part of stator 5 in the course of advancement of product may be offset relative to teeth 11 of previous part by angle not exceeding half the width of teeth pitch. Teeth 11 on front edge of subsequent part of stator in the course of advancement of product are beveled at an acute angle to generatrix. Teeth 10 of rotor 4 positioned opposite beveled teeth of stator 5 may be beveled to diameter smaller than diameter of slots. Even and odd parts of stator in the course of advancement of product may be grouped without offset of teeth of stator part in each group. Odd parts of stator 5 are fixed on casing 1 and even parts are fixed for rotation relative to casing 1 by rotation mechanism mounted on casing 1.
