FIELD: oil refining. SUBSTANCE: catalyst for reforming of gasoline fraction has the following qualitative and quantitative composition, mas. platinum 0.2-0.9; rhenium 0.2-0.9; chlorine 0.5-1.5; the balance, carrier. Carrier is surface aluminium oxysulfate with formula Al20O30-x(SO4)n ,, where x=2-3; n-0.32-0.88, with sulfate ion content of 3.0 to 8.0% an having optical density of absorption band at 1380 cm-1 in IR spectrum of 6,9·10-15,0·10-2 and volume of pores with radius ranging from 1.5 to 4.0 nm amounting to at least 40% of the total pore volume. Catalyst is prepared by introducing sulfur-containing component into aluminium hydroxide with humidity from 60 to 85 mas. at 20-95 C for 0.5 to 3.0 h and subsequent drying, shaping and calcination at 580-650 C. Obtained carrier is impregnated with solution of hydrochloric, acetic, chloroplatinic and rhenic acids with subsequent drying, calcination and reduction. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 3 tbl
