FIELD: soft materials grinding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for grinding soft materials and can be used in various industries. The disintegrator contains a cylindrical body 1 with an axial loading 2 and tangential unloading 3 devices. Disks 4 and 5 with rows of striking elements 6 and 7, respectively, are placed in the housing 1 with the possibility of counter rotation, each of which is located between the rows of striking elements of the opposing disk. In the center of the lower surface of the upper disk 4, vertical posts 8 are rigidly attached around the circumference, the inner ends of which are on the same diameter as the diameter of the loading device 2, and the accelerating cone 9 is rigidly attached to the lower ends with a generatrix located at an angle to the horizon, greater than the angle of repose material. Radial blades 10 with a minimum distance between adjacent radial blades 10 exceeding Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material, are rigidly fixed on the upper surface of the accelerating cone 9 symmetrically in plan. A conical ring 11 is rigidly attached to the outer ends of the vertical struts 8, parallel to the generatrix of the accelerating cone 9, to the lower edge of which a vertical cylinder 12 with baffle plates 13 on its inner surface is rigidly attached. Inclined holders 14 are rigidly fixed to the center of the upper surface of the lower disc 5 symmetrically in plan, to the ends of which vertical hammers 15 are rigidly attached, located between the accelerating cone 9 and the baffle plates 13. The minimum gap between the accelerating cone 9 and the conical ring 11, as well as between the vertical hammers 15 and bumpers 13 exceeds Dmax. On the upper surface of the lower disc 5, symmetrically in plan, the spreading vanes 16 are rigidly fixed with a minimum vertical clearance to the lower edge of the vertical cylinder 12 exceeding Dmax.

EFFECT: disintegrator provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process and the yield of the finished product.
