FIELD: disintegrating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding soft materials, it can be used in various industries. The disintegrator contains cylindrical case 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In case 1, disks 4 and 5 with rows of impactors, 6 and 7 respectively, are placed with possibility of counter-rotation, each of which is located between the rows of impactors of the opposite disk. In the center of the lower surface of upper disk 4, vertical racks 8 are rigidly attached along the circumference, the inner ends of which are on the same diameter as the diameter of loading device 2, and overclocking cone 9 is rigidly attached to their lower ends with a generatrix located at an angle greater than the angle of the natural slope of the material. On the upper surface of overclocking cone 9, radial blades 10 are rigidly fixed symmetrically in plan with a minimum distance between adjacent radial blades 10 exceeding Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. To the lower base of overclocking cone 9, internal vertical cylinder 11 is rigidly attached, on the outer surface of which rows of impact hammers 12 and spreader 13, adjacent to lower disk 5, are rigidly and evenly fixed. On the upper surface of lower disk 5, on vertical holders 14, external vertical cylinder 15 is rigidly fixed, on the inner surface of which, at the height of the rows of impact hammers 12, prismatic bumpers 16 are symmetrically fixed in plan. The radial gap between inner 11 and outer 15 vertical cylinders exceeds 2DMax. The radial gap between the outer ends of impact hammers 12 and prismatic bumpers 16 decreases from Dmax to (0.1...0.5)Dmax in the direction of movement of the material. The vertical gap between the lower edge of outer vertical cylinder 15 and the upper surface of lower disk 5 exceeds Dmax.

EFFECT: disintegrator provides increased efficiency of the grinding process and the productivity of the finished product.
