FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has torus-like blocks put on vertical piles, and stacked, both installed along a bank. Internal space of the blocks made in the form of tyres are filled with a ballast. U-shaped beams with lateral cantilevers, made on the sides with slots, to be put on the piles, are laid on the top. Vertical members of a beam are places inside blocks and connected to horizontal members though hinges. The blocks are connected to one another with spatial link that is stopped through brackets. Vertical member length is found under an expression presented. EFFECT: increased reliability, decreased man- hours. 2 cl, 8 dwg
