FIELD: cooling systems. SUBSTANCE: gas is fed to expansion turbine 5 at subsonic speed and is expanded at operation of 5 to 8 percent of pressure differential through rotatable gas distributor 8. From turbine 5, gas is fed to intake pipes 10 from which heat is removed and flow being cooled is brought out to consumer. Cooler has housing 1 with two chambers 4 and 6. Turbine 5 is arranged in chamber 4. Gas distributor 8 is arranged in chamber 6 where intake pipes 10 are built in. Chambers 4 and 6 are isolated from each other by partition 14 with seal 15.
