FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: device for conditioning of flat surfaces with working fluid, predominantly suspension of pumice abrasive relates to technology of manufacture of printed circuit boards. It includes unit for jet working with conveyer driving shafts mounted in shaft conveyer opposite to injectors placed on collectors. Jet of suspension forms flat triangular tongues developed through angle of 45 deg towards direction of movement of worked surface and through angle of 84 deg to surface of working. Collectors execute reciprocal motion and are provided with wheels with flexible suspension. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
