This method prescribes gradually stepping up amplitude of ultrasonic oscillations imparted to teeth by special-purpose surgical instrument to 50 mcm and then gradually stepping it down to level of 10 mcm and vice versa, gradually increasing and decreasing amplitude of ultrasonic oscillations several times within specified limits to achieve desired effect, that is, separation of radix dentis ligament and sufficient displacement of osseous walls of socket to enable tooth to drop out and practically selecting optimum time interval for ultrasonic treatment of tooth to be extracted as stomatologist acquires experience in handling disclosed device.
