FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to stomatology and can be applied for tooth removal in case of considerable destruction of crown part. Trapezoidal mucous-periosteal flap is cut out in such way that it overlaps intrusion region on 0.5-1 cm with its edges. External cortical plate is exposed, trepanised in region of apex of root to be removed. Apex of tooth root is resected. By means of elevator root is dislocated into alveolar socket. By means of elevator or forceps tooth root is extracted. Alveolar socket and perforation hole are filled with allogenous lyophilised spongy bone tissue. Flap is returned to its place. Wound is closed.
EFFECT: maximal preservation of alveolar bone tissue, improving conditions for healing.
