FIELD: chemical production. SUBSTANCE: mass-exchanging column includes vertical vessel of rectangular cross-section with perforated grids placed in decks throughout column height. Filler beds are located on the grids. The grids are inclined alternatively towards different sides about the same sides of the column rectangular cross-section. The slope is at acute angle to horizontal plane. Grid perforations are punched in the form of arched notches with axes directed towards inclination and towards opposite sides in adjacent grids in the column height. The grids are installed on parallel inclined planks attached to opposite lateral walls of the column. The grids are of rectangular cross-section and are inclined alternatively towards opposite sides. The perforations are punched in the form of arched notches with convexity upward, with axes directed towards grid slope. EFFECT: high efficiency. 5 dwg
