FIELD: cleaning metal surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device has shock member, air-water hammer actuating mechanism, wave guide, and fastening unit. The fastening unit has intermediate and fastening members for rotation of the fastening member and actuating member. The rotation unit is made up as spring-loaded rods of hydraulic cylinders and mounted for permitting rotation about the axis of the wave guide. The wave guide is rigidly secured to the intermediate member. One end of the rod is pivotally connected to the intermediate member. The other end of the rod is coupled with the fastening member connected to the actuating member. EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning. 1 dwg
