FIELD: mechanical engineering; handling of loads. SUBSTANCE: winch has housing 1 accommodating drum 4 with cable 5 and hook 6, gear wheel 10, cock mechanism and handle. Eccentric handle shaft has links 14 kinematically coupled with gear wheel. For this purpose links are provided with tooth and slot on each link. Axis of tooth of each link is displaced relative to axis of slot through angle equal to 1/4 of angle between gear wheel axes. Above-indicated links are installed for horizontal displacement within limits of slots relative to gear wheel shaft, and their teeth are arranged at different sides of plane passing through axes of eccentric shaft and gear wheel shaft.
