FIELD: transport; pulling out of bogged vehicles. SUBSTANCE: winch has two rigidly interconnected semi-housings 1 and 2 and drum 6 for winding the cable hinge-coupled with semi-housings. Placed inside drum is planetary eccentric train consisting of external gear wheel 9 and drive shaft 5 with eccentric. Drum 6 with internal gear wheel 8 is installed on shaft. Gear wheel 9 has holes 10 over circumference of rotation of shaft 5. Gear wheel 9 is installed on support neck of shaft 5. Mounted on semi-housing 2 is lock 11 made in form of detent 12 with pull-out handle 13 whose locating pin (bar) 14 can engage with any hole 10 of gear wheel 9.
