SUBSTANCE: product: pyrimidine acyclonucleosides of the formula (I), in 1,3-bis(2′-hydroxy-3′-morpholinopropyl)-6-methyluracil (a); 1,3-bis-2′-hydroxy-3′-piperidinopropyl)-6-methyluracil (b); 3-bis-(2′-hydroxy-3′-morpholinopropyl)-5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil (c); 1,3-bis-(2′-hydroxy-3′-piperidinopropyl)-5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil (d); 1,3-bis-(2′-hydroxy- 3′-morpholinopropyl) -5-2′- hydroxy-3′-morpholinopropoxy) -6-methyluracil (e), and 1,3-bis- (2′-hydroxy-3′-piperidinopropyl) -5-(2′-hydroxy-3′-piperidinopropoxy) -6-methyluracil (f). The yield is 54-93% Reagent 1: 6-methyluracil or 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil. Reagent 2: epichlorohydrin in the presence of catalytic quantity of potash in dimethylformamide solution.
