FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method for separation of oil-containing rocks includes grinding of oil-containing rocks and mixing with desorbing fluid in rotor-pulsing apparatus and exposed to acoustic effect with frequency range of 1.0-10.0 kHz and desorbing fluid-to-solid phase ratio of (2-4):1. Suspension is introduced into middle part of column below the water level. Oil containing products are withdrawn from column top. Product of low part of column is separated into solid and liquid phases in one or several hydrocyclones with liquid phase returned to separating column. Desorbing liquid is used in form of crude oil, gas condensate, oil distillation fractions, water, aqueous solutions of sodium carbonate, alkalis and surfactants.
