FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry. The invention relates to a method for processing oil-containing sandstone into non-hazardous waste to obtain washed sand, oil and/or oil-containing liquid, in which up to 90% of the fraction of 0.1-0.3 mm of oil-containing sandstone fed into a ball mill at a speed of 6 t/h of oil-containing sandstone is sequentially crushed. After that, the resulting pulp is subjected to flotation at a pulp temperature of 35-38°C with the use of a solution from a mixture of reagents of fatty tallow acid and aviation kerosene TS-1 in a ratio of 1:1 and a 20% solution of sodium technical tripolyphosphate with the supply of a solution per hour in an amount of 0.5 liters from a mixture of reagents and 3 liters of sodium tripolyphosphate with the separation of the pulp into a foam product and a chamber product of control flotation in the form of washed sand that are sent to a vacuum filter for dehydration and temporary storage. The foam product is sent for two-phase separation into a decanter centrifuge with separation into an oil-containing liquid and cake, while the oil-containing liquid is sent to an oil trap for separation into oil and water, which is used in the circulating cycle of the water supply process, and the cake, in the form of a dehydrated oil concentrate, is sent to a flotation machine for additional purification.
EFFECT: increase in the degree of purification of oil-containing sandstone from oil to obtain washed sand that meets the requirements for waste of hazard class 5 (non-hazardous waste).
