SUBSTANCE: this method for manufacturing decorative products from textile scrap by overlapping shreds in rows on one side with displacing one relative to another, displacing each following decorative component to extent sufficient to suture part of preceding decorative component, displacing decorative components of each following row of decorative shreds to extent sufficient to enable unsecured portions of decorative components to overlap following row of suture that secures decorative components of preceding row, making decorative components from at least two layers of shreds, matching inside portion outside, jointing these around periphery of decorative components to form cavity, turning inside faceside, shaping decorative components as multiangular, for example triangular, components, making decorative components from textile scrap by bending scrap fabrics in double inside out, aligning edges of thus formed portions, turning these faceside, rolling up at least one side of decorative component, manufacturing decorative components from scrap fabrics by matching and joining these, aligning face sides of shreds in pairs, and finally jointing these with displacing them along one side.
