METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF CLOTHES ARTICLE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes the following operations: working out of model of clothes article; making of part templets; selection of fur material and interfur material; cutting out into members in form of strips; joining of strips of fur and interfur materials with successive alternation of strips with one another in vertical and at angle in herring-bone manner; fastening of strips with thread seam from the wrong side of part; joining of parts into article; provision of fixation means. Fur material may include apart from fur proper also unhaired leather i.e., leather of any kind and thickness, and/or split hide, and/or shread. Used as interfur material is knitted fabric of any kind of knitting, color and density, and/or its shread. Material is cut out in form of members of triangular shape with any set of sides, including curvilinear. Used are strips of curved configuration. In assembly any directions are usable. Threaded seam is located also on external sides of parts. Bulky forms are made in selecting strips of same or equal sizes in shape of cylinders, ball, ellipse or their parts.
