FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat is transferred from exhaust gases to the flow to be heated through an intermediate heat conducting body. The flows are tangential to the heat conducting body. The body is moved from more heated flow in the direction of flows with a speed which at least equal to twice speed of the mostly rapid flow. The speed of the body is to be 10-100 m/c. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
