SUBSTANCE: device has sensing signal converter connected to time-setting unit, comparator, audio-frequency oscillator connected to audio alarm, heating element switching-off unit, connected to heating element, and power supply; newly introduced in device are movement and position detector, second comparator, reference-voltage source, OR gate, and gating signal generator connected to audio-frequency oscillator, as well as elements interconnecting newly introduced units and connecting them to old units.
