Substrate is built integral with current leads and thermistor in the form of printed-circuit board. Conducting coating is deposited onto substrate above printed-circuit tracks and insulated from thermistor. EFFECT: provision for implementing low-inertia temperature control in heating. 3 cl, 4 dwg
