FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: filter has housing 1 with liquid 2 which is equipped with input branch pipe 3 for feeding contaminated gas with guideways made in the form of three horizontal shelves 4 mounted above each other and with outlet branch pipe 5 for exhausting pure gas. Housing 1 also has restricted box-shaped carcass 6 with hollow lower 7 and perforated upper 8 foundations, chambers for coarse 9 and fine 10 cleaning. Sections formed by horizontal perforated partitions 11 and 12 and vertical netted dividers 15 are placed in chamber for line 10 cleaning. Horizontal perforated partitions 11,12 are mounted for reciprocal displacement in horizontal plane. Layer of liquid 16 taken out by the purified gas flow above the level of filtering liquid in the filter housing and forming in the process of filter exploitation above perforated foundation 8 of box-shaped carcass 6 serves as distillation safety trap.
