FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: classifier has housing 1 with loading branch pipe 2, unloading branch pipe 3, air supply branch pipe 4 and air-and-dust mixture discharge branch pipes 5, 6 and 7. Arranged inside housing 1 are inclined air distributing grate 8 and shutters 9. Additional grate 10 is located between branch pipe 2 and grate 8. Second additional grate 11 with pouring-over shelf 12 under it adjoins branch pipe 5. Zigzag passages 13 and 14 are mounted above grates 9 and 11. Source material pours over grate 10 and is blown with air which carries away fine-dispersed particles. After passing several turns of passage 13, large particles are separated from the flow and pour on grate 9 where they are finally cleaned and enter branch pipe 3. Material from which dust has been partially removed pours from grate 10 to grate 8 where it is finally cleaned. Fine product is freed of large particles during impact against grate 9. Dust from the product fed from passage 14 is finally removed on grate 11 and shelf 12. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
