At that, the spherical thrust surface of the screw head interacts with the spherical socket of the chip breaker installed on the cutting plate. Support surface of chipbreaker interacts with front surface of cutting plate, and outer cylindrical surface of collar of chipbreaker is with surface by hole in cutting plate.

EFFECT: improvement of coolant supply to the cutting plate due to obtaining any required shape and direction of the outlet coolant jet.
