After that it rests against face end 7 of landing hole 5 and during further rotation of screw 8 pusher 24 shoves instrumental head 4 off tool stem 3 of housing 1. At the fixation of instrumental head 4 off tool stem 3 of housing 1. At the fixation of instrumental head 4 cams 13 and 13′ are shifted from axis 9 and, interacting with surfaces of sloped holes 19 and 19′ of instrumental head 4, carry out the pressing of its face end 6 to face end 2 of housing 1 with simultaneous release of its tool stem 3 in landing hole 5 of instrumental head 4.
