FIELD: handling of liquid oil products. SUBSTANCE: rod 1 with branch pipes is moved by means of handle 2 and then conical projection of flange 8 of metal hose 7 and filler branch pipe 15 are connected by means of lock 11. Metal hose to suck out fumes is connected in the same manner. Filling is checks by level indicator 13. When tank is filled up signal is generated and branch pipes are disconnected; after which rod is moved off the tank by means of handle 2. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
