FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid filling and draining. Device consists of articulated pipeline of vapor phase arranged inside pipeline of liquid phase 2 using hinge joints 3 with two seals 4 and 5. Hinge joints consist of inner 21 and outer casing 22, at that outer casing envelopes inner cage to make tread where rollers or balls 23 are installed. To internal and external cages by means of bolts or pins 27 and 28 are attached flanges 24 and 25, having two concentrically located walls, each of which has its own sealing and connection surfaces, separated by an annular space, inside of which there are aligning spacers, rigidly holding walls at a distance from each other. Connecting surfaces of the flange walls are intended for concentric connection to a hinged connection of a pipe of smaller diameter, inside a pipe of larger diameter, with formation of a gap between pipes. Internal 4 and external 5 seals are installed between sealing surfaces of two walls of flanges 24 and 25 and intended to provide tightness between vapor phase and liquid phase, as well as between liquid phase and environment, protective ring 26 retains internal seal against displacement. Link 6, bifurcated at the connection point with a fixed source of vapor and liquid phases of liquefied gases, consists of two pipelines connected to each other and converging into one coaxial pipeline formed by hinged links 7, 8 and 9. Link 10 diverges into three flexible connecting pipelines, two of which 11 are connected to the pipeline of the liquid phase, and one 12 – to the vapor phase pipeline. Flexible pipelines represent flexible metal hose 13 in protective shell 14. Connection unit 15 to railway tank, which includes shut-off valve 16, located near to docking connection, which reduces losses during gas discharge and reduces emission of gases into environment, as well as discharge valve 17 intended for pressure release from space between shut-off valve and angular valve of railway tank. Balancing device 18 is designed to facilitate vertical movement, can be made in the form of a spring balancer or counterweight. Mounting of the device on drain loading overpasses is performed by means of stationary suspended supports 19 connected by hinge link 6 by hinges 20.
EFFECT: invention can be used for drainage / filling of liquefied gases into rail tank cars.
