FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: provision is made in steam power-plant for reheat of water and regenerative heat of feed water in low- pressure heaters, deaerator 2 and high-pressure heaters 5,6 and 7; plant is also provided with remote gas cooler 15 of heating steam drains which are discharged from heaters 5 and 6 to deaerator 2 in separate flows if (ib-i1)/(i1-id) ≥ 4,4, where ib, i1, id are enthalpies of steam fed respectively to turbine inlet, deaerator and heater 5.
