FIELD: cooling engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has rotor 6 with high-temperature metallic hydride container 7 and low-temperature metallic hydride container 8 interposed between the longitudinal radial baffles parallel to the axis of rotor 6 and stator 1 with cylindrical inner side 2 of housing 3 and branch pipes for supplying and discharging high-temperature, inter-temperature and low-temperature heat carriers provided on the side of stator 1. Rotor 6 is separated into two parts by heat insulating shield 18. High- temperature container 7 and low-temperature container 8 are positioned on both sides of shield 18. Radial seals are mounted between the baffles of rotor 6 and stator 1 to define high-temperature, inter-temperature and low- temperature sectors.
