SUBSTANCE: stream is narrowed in pipe-line by means nonuniform magnetic field of annular magnet 2 or solenoid 5, which embrace pipe-line 1, due to forming annular layer 4 of measured (paramagnetic) liquid, which is kept at its internal surface. Power effect of stream onto annular layer 4 of liquid is measured according to value of axial force, which is applied by annular layer 4 of liquid measured to annular magnet 2 or solenoid 5.
