FIELD: measurement technology; accurate measurement of liquid flow rate. SUBSTANCE: liquid marker flowmeter is provided with ultrasonic pulse radiator located on pipe line and connected to pulse oscillator output, two pairs of ultrasonic oscillation radiators and receivers fitted on pipe line after pulse ultrasonic radiator in way of flow, oscillator connected to two ultrasonic oscillation radiators, two amplifiers connected with two ultrasonic oscillation receivers, control unit and measuring- and-computing unit. Proposed flowmeter is also provided with second ultrasonic pulse radiator on pipe in position diametrically opposite to first one; pulse oscillator has second output at adjustable phase shift of short-duration electric signals relative to signals from first output and control input connected with control unit; second output of pulse oscillator is connected to second ultrasonic pulse radiator.
