FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter includes measurement section of pipe-line with one or several holes fitted with branch pipes attached tangentially. Concentrator of ultrasonic vibrations with ultrasonic radiator connected to output of pulse ultrasonic generator is put into each branch pope. Transmitter of hydrodynamic mark in the form of local volume of twisted flow equipped with generator of ultrasonic vibrations and coming in the form of radiator and detector of ultrasonic vibrations put along chord is placed in pipe-line downstream of holes. In particular case of implementation of flowmeter second transmitter of hydrodynamic mark can be positioned downstream of first transmitter. EFFECT: widened application field, increased reliability in measurement of flow rate of fluids capable of forming precipitate in flow part of flowmeter. 1 cl, 4 dwg
