FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has niche 1 originated in flood bed 4 and sector-type gate 6 rotating around axle 5 fastened to flood bed 4. Air cavity 9 is originated in gate 6. The cavity is connected to device 12 used to supply compressed air. Lower part of niche 1 has groove 14 that becomes narrower when coming down. Intake perforated pipe 16 connected to pulp duct 18 is placed on the bottom of the groove. Exhaust pump 19 is built in pulp duct 18. Two slope visor 20 is installed over intake pipe 16. Exhaust pump 19 is on to clean niche 1 from deposits. Water washes out deposits from visor 20, walls 14, and from walls of niche 1. Generated pulp is removed from niche 1 through openings in pipe 16 and pulp duct 18. Compressed air is forced into pulp duct 18 by device 12 used to supply compressed air when stoppage has taken place or to prevent the stoppage.
