FIELD: food industry; production of concentrates and drinks. SUBSTANCE: installation has fixed housing accommodating perforated rotary drum, ventilation system, irradiators, charging and discharging devices. Installed in clearance between housing and drum is jet apparatus straddling the drum from the bottom. Axis of apparatus is displaced through 10-45 degrees from vertical towards side of rotation of drum with angle of contact of 45-90 degrees. Installed coaxially in drum space is tube stopped at one end with port on side surface opposite to jet apparatus. Tube communicates through other end with ventilation system.
