FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method provides preparing a sugar-containing nutrient medium with the maintenance content more than 20 wt % of total by grinding a starch source selected from corn, or rye, or triticale, or wheat grains. A portion of the grinding product is selected. A suspension is prepared of the portion of the grinding product with using water. A portion of starch-thinning enzyme is introduced in the prepared suspension, and then the residual portion of the product is intermittently or continuously added to provide the medium viscosity no more than 20 Pa*s to produce a suspension. The produced suspension is heated up to temperature exceeding gelatinisation temperature of used starch to be cooled, and the residual portion of the thinning enzyme is introduced in the suspension. The thin grinding product is cooled to optimal temperature of a saccharifying enzyme, and said saccharifying enzyme is introduced. A strain of a microorganism producing required metabolism product (-s) is (are) introduced in the sugar-containing nutrient medium, and further it is cultivated on said nutrient medium to produce a fermentative broth. No more than 30 wt % of solid substances are separated from the fermentative broth, and volatile components to residual humidity approximately 20 wt % are removed to residual humidity 20 wt %; thereafter the end product containing 10 to 80 % of one nonvolatile metabolism product, 1 to 50 wt % of product biomass, 1 to 50 wt % not containing starch of solid components of the starch source and 0 to 40 wt %, other auxiliary substances are dried.
EFFECT: simplified method of preparing the end product and reduced preparation time.
