FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method and plant for moulding sheet thermoplasts provide for possible continuous feed and thermomoulding of thin sheet of thermoplastic through periodically working machine due to placing a thin sheet on lower moulder tool by means of drawing off the output bearing roll of transporter back from the position near the front face end of lower tool precipitating thin sheet on lower moulder tool. The clamp and fixation of thin sheet between moulder tools are fulfilled by means of lowering the upper moulder tool travelling with movement velocity of sheet flow onto lower moulder tool with thin sheet precipitated on it. In the plant the transporter and moulder tools are made controllable to ensure application of thin sheet located on the transporter from horizontal undercarriage of transporter onto upper surface of lower moulder tool until upper moulder tool descends for fixating and clamping the moulder tools for thermal moulding the thin sheet. The movements of thin sheet material, transporter and moulder tools are synchronized for interrupted operation of device for moulding the sheet thermoplasts at the continuous feeding of thin sheet material.
