FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: bundle binder has two drive trucks. Mounted on one of trucks is frame, mandrel secured on frame, brackets arranged around mandrel in 90 degree steps and plunger cylinders arranged between mandrel and brackets. It mounts also feeding, cutting and wire cut end bending units secured on brackets, passing units and clamping and twisting units secured on cylinder plungers and arranged inside mandrel. Feeding, cutting, wire cut end bending, passing, clamping and twisting units are arranged one over the other in plane square to axis of mandrel. Other truck has projections and wedges for engagement with cutting and passing units, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of binding of wire bundles. 2 cl, 7 dwg
