FIELD: electronic industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves interaction of β-chlorvinyl dichlorarsine with gaseous chlorine being preliminary dried. The process is carried out at 50-135 C, molar ratio of reagents being 1: 10-12. Simultaneously 1,2-dichlorethylene is distilled. Thus obtained arsenic trichloride is affected by additional purification by rectifying. EFFECT: improves purity of desired product. 3 cl, 1 tbl
