FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rigid part 20 of rod with thrusting head 3 and connection ring 7 are separated from the apparatus. Thrusting head 3 with ring 7 is introduced into the intestine lumen. The second part of the apparatus is introduced through the anal orifice. The end of rigid part 20 of the rod is introduced into the opening in the rigid part of the casing through guiding cone 17. The apparatus parts are connected as a whole. Ring 4 is brought close to shock-absorbing ring 7. Knife 8 cuts disk 16 and is fixed with its projection in the disk. Then disk 15 is cut through and the apparatus is removed.
