FIELD: medical engineering; used for application of esophagoenterostomy and gastroenterostomy. SUBSTANCE: long part of apparatus rod has removable conical attachment. Short working part of rod is made of variable cross-section along its length and it reduces in direction to bottom of internal sleeve. Rod working part with large cross-section is cylindrical. Plats are made on rod working part of small cross-section. Bushing is installed on rod working part of large cross-section for sliding which is made cylindrical with external flexible cover and external limiting bead located on end facing bottom of internal sleeve for prevention of movable flexible ring from sliding off the bushing. Rod thickened part has centrally located threaded projection for engagement with esophagus-stomach probe. Probe has rigid conical tip with threaded hole to receive threaded projection. Positioned opposite to each other ends of short and long parts of rod are made with thread for joining with each other. Spring-loaded retainer is made in the form of movable cylindrical holder enveloping the handle. Movable cylindrical holder has transverse through coaxial holes in which pin is installed for motion in longitudinal slots made in handle walls. Pin protrudes beyond the limits of holder. Retainer spring is located in handle cavity for engagement with pin. Handle wall has window and middle part of holder wall also has window. Holder wall upper part has shaped recess opened from end and accommodating rod for fixation of bore in it and simultaneous freeing of tubular body facing stop with tooth. Stop is installed for bringing of tooth into windows of holder and handle and fixing of body relative to handle. High reliability and convenience of operation are attained due to unobstructed noninvasive bringing of apparatus through small intestine, exclusion of use of additional calibrating tube in tightening and tying of purse-string suture and end of esophagus, easy joint of rod working part with tip of esophagus-stomach probe with simultaneous increase of reliability of said joint, reduced risk of very early rejection of bushing, exclusion of accidental noncontrolled throwing the flexible ring off the apparatus internal cylinder, and also improvement of patient feeding conditions during postoperative period up to moment of bushing rejection. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities of apparatus and its higher reliability and convenience in operation. 4 cl, 11 dwg
