FIELD: catalysts regeneration. SUBSTANCE: coke polluted catalyst is regenerated in regeneration chamber in presence with catalyst recirculated from cooling stage from heatexchanger 7. Oxygen-bearing gass for regeneration is fed through mean 5. Part of catalyst present in regeneration zone is carried off through inclined downward canal 6 and smoke gasses are carried away into outer heat-exchanger 7. Place of canal 6 connection to zone of heat-exchanger is so located, that catalyst layer is set in the zone up to level 13, that is mainly equal to dense layer level 12 in regeneration zone with free space 15 formation over it. In terms of indirect heat-exchange and fluidization catalyst is cooled by feeding oxygen-bearing fluidization gas through pipeline. Smoke gasses and fluidization gasses passing through free space 15 of exchanger 7 are separated. Then gasses are fed in zone of regeneration located over dense layer of catalyst. At regeneration stage cooled catalyst is recirculated from lower part of heat-exchanger into dense layer of catalyst using pumping fluidization gas in catalyst stream through pipeline 24. Gas of regeneration and gas of fluidization are fed separately through pipelines 4 and 24. Recirculation of cooled catalyst from zone of heat-exchanger is exercised into area located above area used for gas feeding for regeneration. EFFECT: increased productivity. 13 cl, 1 dwg
